A Busy Time with Bikes and Beers

August 2, 2017

A preview of upcoming events

August 19th marks the beginning of a busy period for Bikes and Beers so I thought I would share them with you here, so you can plan out your rides and evens with us.

Hardwood Hills in Barrie, Ontario will be the venue for our next Bikes and Beer Adventures ride. Ontario's premier mountain bike venue has over 60km of amazing singletrack and double track trails that will tire us out and leave us wanting more.

Following our ride we will be hitting the always refreshing Flying Monkey brewery for a tour and samples before settling down to a meal to replenish that lost energy from earlier in the day.

Sept 10th will see us at Kelso for the PwC Epic Tour. We have a booth at the event to help promote the Bikes and Beers brand and to help support this great event that brings over 4,000 road and mtb cyclists to the Kelso Quarry Park. Come by and check out our merchandise and find out more about our great events and membership.

The week after the PwC Epic Tour we will be hosting our own event at Christie Lake Conservation Area and Shawn & Ed Brewing Co.

The trails at Christie Lake are our home trails and where many of us at Bikes and Beers fell in love with mountain biking. We will be leading a trail ride followed by a tour and lunch at Shawn & Ed Brewing Co in Hamilton.

Details for this event will be coming soon, so keep checking the site and Facebook page for updates.

Last but definitely not least in our busy month is our Craft Beer Tasting with Beau's Brewing. This is the first event in our tasting series.

Hosted at the excellent Paradiso Restaurant in Burlington, there will be excellent brews and some inspired food pairings that will bring out the best in the beer.

Come join fellow craft beer lovers for an educational night our with one of Ontario's best and tastiest craft brewers.

Tickets for this great event are available at BikesandBeersadventures.com

We have some other great events in the works that are still under wraps but we can't wait to share the details with you. If you love mountain biking, craft beer or both then you must keep checking out our Facebook page
