The HopHead Social Club recently put on a Craft Beer dinner on March 29th with and our friends at Paradiso Restaurant that featured Collective Arts beers paired with four courses beautifully prepared by Chef Adam.

The event was sold out so if you missed it we are hosting the same event at the Oakville Paradiso on May 31st. It will have the same menu and featuring the same beers from Collective Arts.

Personally, I am always amazed at what Chef Adam comes up with regarding the food pairings. The ability for Chef to understand the beers being paired and create a menu that tastes great and compliments the beer - constantly exceeds expectations.

I have attended other craft beer dinners and nothing compares to the value we bring to these events. You are getting a high value four course meal, each paired with at least a 5 oz craft beer. When each course is brought out, Chef comes out and shares his creation with you. passionately sharing how the food is prepared and what role the beer plays ion the course. Next, we have the representative from the Craft brewery speak to the beer being paired - giving you insights and adding to the overall experience.
