Local Rides
One of the great things about membership in Bikes and Beers is that we are hitting the trails every week around Burlington and Hamilton and you are more than welcome to join us!

Regular Group Rides (Members Only)
Men, women and Children(over 15) are welcome
Club rides are designated for Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings each week in 2026. Our Ride Calendar is available to members through our club web application.
There will be other weeknight rides that various members will post to accommodate those who wish to ride on other weekdays.
We limit participation in each ride for safety and logistics to between 10 and 20 riders (we will run multiple groups based on attendance). We do ask that you confirm your attendance for any group ride so we can plan ahead for group leaders and sweeps.
These rides will take place at the following destinations and more.
- Kelso Conservation Area
- Christie Lake Conservation Area
- GORBA
- Hydrocut
- Turkey Point
- Dundas Valley
- Hilton Falls/Agreement Forest
- Puslinch
- Hardwood Hills
- Dagmar
- Durham Forest
- Mansfield Outdoor Centre
- The Pines in Woodstock
- Bracebridge
- Walden Park (Sudbury)
Members are responsible for getting themselves to the ride destination and any applicable park entrance fees.

Challenge Rides
Get faster, build endurance, develop those technical skills
We are looking at ways to help our members develop their skills and feel more confident on their bikes.
Challenge Rides will be added to our ride calendar this year. They will be designed to have our members come out and focus on developing their skills, build up their endurance, and get faster.
We will schedule these around a specific theme and format them around training and development. We will walk through trails and discuss lines and features to increase your speed, we will spend time in one spot focusing on skinnies, ramps, jumps, logs, rocks, etc, and some nights we will just ride hard to improve endurance.
These rides will move around and include trails such as Kelso, Puslinch, Arkell Springs, and Guelph.
