Join us for an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime adventure to ride the trails in the Yukon

Mountain Bike the Yukon with our group

  • Welcome to the Yukon Adventure

With unbelievable trails flowing through the mountains, 24 hours of daylight, and wild scenery at every turn, this is the ultimate mountain bike destination! We will have you pedaling in one of North America’s best-kept singletrack secrets.

    Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Whitehorse and transfer to the Ranch

Day 2-5: Boreale Ranch for four days of riding as outlined below

    Day 6-7: Whitehorse

    Day 8: Depart Whitehorse

    Outline of Rides and Activities

    Day 1: Arrive in Whitehorse

Your guide will greet you at the airport and bring you out to the Boréale Ranch. There will be time to build up your personal bike or be fitted for your rental bike. Over a welcoming and delicious barbecue, we will go over our detailed itinerary for the rest of the trip.

Day 2: Grey Mountain Trails Time to be introduced to Yukon dirt! Today, we ride the Grey Mountain network, overlooking Whitehorse and beyond. Our local Grey Mountain trail network is a mountain biking paradise. The singletrack trails swoop up and down, weaving through the boreal forest. Spectacular views of the Whitehorse valley and the coastal mountains near Carcross accompany us throughout the ride. After a full day of riding, we will return to the ranch in time to enjoy a happy hour before a delicious meal.

Day 3: Mount Macintyre Trails Today, we explore the other side of the Whitehorse valley and ride the Mount MacIntyre trail network.

Purpose-built single-track trails weave throughout this area, and viewpoints offer a different perspective on the Whitehorse area. Some smooth, some technical, some loamy, all trails offer something for each kind of rider.

    Day 4: Montana Mountain Trail

After breakfast, we will drive to the village of Carcross to ride the lower Montana Mountain trail network. Funded by the local Carcross Tagish First Nation, the Singletrack for Success program hired local youth to create mountain biking trails to benefit the community. Set in some of Canada’s most beautiful scenery, these professionally built trails snake their way down the mountain and finish at the edge of Bennett Lake.

Day 5: MacDonald Creek. We will start in the sub-alpine and finish on the shores of Bennett Lake. We will drive to the nearby First Nation village of Carcross. Today, we will ride the newest trail in the Montana Mountain trail network: MacDonald Creek. This ride will take us from the sub-alpine down to the shores of the mighty Lake Bennett. We will pedal on the 7 km cross-country bike trail, Wayne’s World, back to Carcross town. Lots of descent and a few drops of sweat will help to earn your ice cream cone at the Bennett beach!

Day 6-7: Whitehorse After breakfast, we will catch the shuttle to Whitehorse. There, enjoy 2 hotel nights to relax after so many active days.

    Day 8: Depart Whitehorse

After breakfast, head to the airport to catch your flight back home.
